SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	13. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On August 11, 2025, the Company received notice from WAT that it decided to cease taking deliveries of gas and to cease operations effective immediately. The cessation of operations is expected to materially increase processing costs and decrease production and revenue projections in the near-term. Management is actively working to identify and execute on a plan for alternative gas processing. See Note 9, “Commitments and Contingencies - Commitments,” for additional discussion of the gas treating agreement with WAT. ​
