FDA REFUND In November 2019, the Company received a $110,207 refund from the FDA for 2016 product and establishment fees because the fees paid by the Company exceeded the costs of the FDA’s review of the associated applications. The Company recorded the $110,207 as other income during the year ended September 30, 2020.
