SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	11. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In November 2022, the Company was selected to participate in New Jersey’s Technology Business Tax Certificate Transfer (NOL) Program, more commonly known as the Net Operating Loss (NOL) Program, and will receive $3.6 million in non-dilutive capital through the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA). The Company expects to receive the funds by late 2022 or early 2023.
