RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	6. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Company had outstanding debt due to Leonard Mazur (Chairman of the Board) and Myron Holubiak (then Chief Executive Officer) (see Note 4). Leonard Mazur was a director and significant shareholder of Novellus until July 2021. On October 6, 2020, the Company, through its subsidiary NoveCite, entered into an exclusive agreement with Novellus to develop cellular therapies (see Note 3). In April 2021, we extended the term by three years for 1,294,498 warrants held by our Chairman and our Chief Executive Officer (see Note 5).
