SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	7. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company held its annual meeting of stockholders on February 7, 2023. Pursuant to this, the Company’s stockholders approved the 2023 Omnibus Stock Incentive Plan (the “2023 Plan”) which reserved 12,000,000 shares plus the 35,000 remaining shares from the 2021 Omnibus Stock Incentive Plan for a maximum of 12,035,000 shares in total.
