Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	10. Related Party Transactions As part of the acquisitions of Multi Channel Systems MCS GmbH (MCS) and Triangle BioSystems, Inc. (TBSI) in 2014, the Company signed lease agreements with the former owners of these acquired companies. The principals of such former owners of MCS and TBSI became employees of the Company. Pursuant to these lease agreements, the Company made rent payments of approximately $ 0.3 million for each of the years ended December 31, 2019 and 2018.
