Related Party Transactions In connection with the 2014 acquisitions of Multi Channel Systems MCS GmbH (“MCS”), the Company entered into a facility lease agreement with the former principal owner of MCS who also became an employee of the Company. The MCS agreement expires on December 31, 2024. Pursuant to this lease agreement, the Company made rent payments of approximately $0.1 million for each of the three months ended March 31, 2021 and 2020, respectively.
