Related Party Transactions In connection with the 2014 acquisitions of Multi Channel Systems MCS GmbH (“MCS”), the Company entered into a facility lease agreement with the former principal owner of this company who became an employee of the Company at the time of the acquisition and subsequently retired in 2021. The MCS lease agreement expires on December 31, 2024. Pursuant to this lease agreement, the Company made rent payments of approximately $0.3 million for each of the years ended December 31, 2021 and 2020.
