Product Line Disposition On February 17, 2023, the Company completed the disposition of its Hoefer product line for cash consideration of $0.5 million. The carrying value of assets sold was $0.1 million resulting in a gain on disposition of $0.4 million which is recorded in Other income, net in the consolidated statement of operations for the three months ended March 31, 2023. Revenue and gross profit of this disposed product line included in the condensed consolidated statement of operations for the three months ended March 31, 2023 and 2022 are not significant.
