Product Line Disposition On February 17, 2023, the Company completed the disposition of its Hoefer product line for cash consideration of $0.5 million. The carrying value of assets sold was $0.1 million resulting in a gain on disposition of $0.4 million which is recorded in Other income, net in the consolidated statement of operations for the six months ended June 30, 2023. Revenue and gross profit of this disposed product line included in the condensed consolidated statement of operations for the six months ended June 30, 2023, and for the three and six months ended June 30, 2022, were not significant.
