Commitments and Contingencies	Note 8. Commitments and Contingencies Litigation On May 5, 2017, a complaint was filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York on behalf of a putative class of the Company’s stockholders, naming the Company as well as Brendan Hoffman, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, and David Stefko, the Company’s Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, as defendants. The complaint generally alleged that the Company and the named officers made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose matters relating to the transition of its ERP systems from Kellwood. On October 2, 2017, the parties agreed to dismiss the action in its entirety without prejudice. Accordingly, the parties filed a stipulation of dismissal, which was granted on October 6, 2017, dismissing all claims without prejudice. The Company is a party to other legal proceedings, compliance matters and environmental claims that arise in the ordinary course of its business. Although the outcome of such items cannot be determined with certainty, management believes that the ultimate outcome of these items, individually and in the aggregate, will not have a material adverse impact on the Company’s financial position, results of operations or cash flows.
