Customer Deposit [Text Block]	Note 5.  Customer Deposit The Company received a $2,000,000 deposit from an existing customer during the first quarter 2011.  The customer is currently leasing a Gamma Knife unit from the Company and wishes to upgrade to a Perfexion unit.  Therefore, as part of an amendment to the existing customer contract, the Company has agreed to terminate the existing lease agreement and has entered into a purchase agreement with the customer for a Perfexion unit that is expected to be delivered and installed later in 2011.
