Subsequent Events [Text Block]	NOTE 13 – SUBSEQUENT EVENT On February 6, 2025, the Company’s subsidiary, Bristol, closed on the acquisition of certain parcels of real property located on Gooding Avenue, Bristol Rhode Island. The purchase price for the property was $1,185,000. The transaction was effected pursuant to the terms of a Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement dated November 21, 2023 by and between the Company and the sellers identified therein, with the Company having assigned its rights under that agreement to Bristol effective February 5, 2025. At closing the parties entered into other agreements related to the transaction, including with respect to the grant of certain easements and restrictive covenants imposed on the sellers.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
