Related Party Transactions Related party transactions for the Company relate to shared office expenditures in addition to administrative and operating expenses paid on behalf of the majority stockholder. The total billed to and reimbursed by the stockholder for the three months ended December 31, 2015 and 2014 was $31,711 and $44,869, respectively. The total billed to and reimbursed by the stockholder for the nine months ended December 31, 2015 and 2014 was $81,412 and $100,510, respectively.
