Related Party Transactions Related party transactions for the Company relate to shared office expenditures in addition to administrative and operating expenses paid on behalf of the principal stockholder. The total billed to and reimbursed by the stockholder for the three months ended September 30, 2017 and 2016 was $9,649 and $6,852, respectively. The total billed to and reimbursed by the stockholder for the six months ended September 30, 2017 and 2016 was $18,481 and $12,495, respectively.
