Related Party Transactions	8. Related Party Transactions Related party transactions for the Company primarily relate to shared office expenditures in addition to administrative and operating expenses paid on behalf of the principal stockholder. The total billed to and reimbursed by the stockholder for the quarters ended June 30, 2023 and 2022 was $9,382 and $10,085, respectively. The principal stockholder pays for his share of the lease amount for the shared office space directly to the lessor. Amounts paid by the principal stockholder directly to the lessor for the three months ending June 30, 2023 and 2022 were $3,893.
