RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING HELD ON 30 JUNE 2017

TAIPEI, Taiwan, July 3, 2017 – GigaMedia Limited (NASDAQ: GIGM), an online games services provider, wishes to announce that at the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company held on 30 June 2017, all resolutions relating to the matters set out in the Notice of AGM dated 26 May 2017 was duly passed.
