Subsequent Events	On October 24, 2016, Zoom entered into stock subscription agreements with investors in connection with a non-brokered private placement of 619,231 unregistered shares of the Company’s common stock, which raised approximately $1.5 million net proceeds. Management of the Company has reviewed subsequent events from September 30, 2016 through the date of filing and has concluded that, except as noted above, there were no subsequent events requiring adjustment to or disclosure in these consolidated financial statements.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
