COVID-19 DISCLOSURE	18. COVID-19 DISCLOSURE COVID-19 had a material detrimental impact on our business, financial results and liquidity, in Fiscal Year 2021, ended January 31, 2021 and Fiscal Year 2022, ended January 31, 2022. COVID-19 and its consequences had dramatically reduced travel and demand for hotel rooms, in 2021 and 2022. We believe that lodging demand and revenue level are now in a recovery stage.
