Licensing Agreements [Text Block]	Note 18 - License Agreements Teva On December 21, 2018, Neos and Teva Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc. (“Teva”) entered into an agreement granting Teva a non-exclusive license to certain patents owned by Neos by which Teva has the right to manufacture and market its generic version of Cotempla XR-ODT under an Abbreviated New Drug Application (“ANDA”) filed by Teva beginning on July 1, 2026, or earlier under certain circumstances. Actavis On October 17, 2017, Neos entered into an agreement granting Actavis a non-exclusive license to certain patents owned by Neos by which Actavis (now Teva, following Teva’s acquisition of Actavis’ generic products) has the right to manufacture and market its generic version of Adzenys XR-ODT under its ANDA beginning on September 1, 2025, or earlier under certain circumstances.
