Property, Plant and Equipment, Policy	Property and Equipment Property and equipment are stated at cost. Assets held under capital leases are recorded at lease inception at the lower of the present value of the minimum lease payments or the fair market value of the related assets. The cost of ordinary maintenance and repairs is charged to operations. Depreciation and amortization are computed on the straight-line method over the following estimated useful lives of the related assets: Furniture and fixtures 3 to 7 years Equipment 7 to 10 years

Property and Equipment

Property and equipment are stated at cost.
