SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	12. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS: On February 4, 2020, we completed an exchange offer relating to our outstanding public warrants, in which the holders of the public warrants were offered 0.62 shares of common stock for each outstanding warrant tendered (the "Warrant Exchange Offer"). On February 19, 2020, "FPAYW" was removed from listing on Nasdaq and deregistered under the Securities Exchange Act pending automatic conversion into shares of our common stock.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
