SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 11 — SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Management evaluated subsequent events and transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date, up to the date that the unaudited financial statements were issued. Subsequent to period end and through August 8, 2023, the Company issued an additional 150,000 shares on July 13, 2023 to certain designated Wider shareholders pursuant to the terms of the collaborative agreement between the Company and Wider. Management did not identify any additional subsequent events that would have required adjustment or disclosure in the unaudited consolidated condensed financial statements.
