SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	The Company has evaluated subsequent events through the date the financial statements were issued and up to the time of filing of the financial statements with the Securities and Exchange Commission. In May of 2016, the Company completed the USAID Grant by meeting the sixth and final milestone in connection with the agreement. (See Note 11)
