NOTE 12. COMMON STOCK AND WARRANTS TO BE ISSUED	As of December 31, 2015, the Company was obligated to issue 202,000 shares of common stock valued at approximately $53,000 primarily to certain vendors and consultants. As of June 30, 2016, the Company was obligated to issue 289,674 shares of common stock valued at approximately $104,000 primarily to certain vendors and consultants.

Tabular disclosure of an entity's stock, including par or stated value per share, number and dollar amount of share subscriptions, shares authorized, shares issued, shares outstanding, number and dollar amount of shares held in an employee trust, dividend per share, total dividends, share conversion features, par value plus additional paid in capital, the value of treasury stock and other information necessary to a fair presentation, and EPS information.
