NOTE 15. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	The Company has evaluated subsequent events through the date the financial statements were issued and up to the time of filing of the financial statements with the SEC. In April 2019, TOMI entered into a distribution agreement with an Israeli company, Cleancor Technologies Ltd., an advanced solution company for the industrial cleaning and repair of water and fire damages. In April 2019, we secured product registration for our SteraMist® BIT™ Solution in Israel. In May 2019, we recorded a sale of over $400,000 for the Kansas Department of Health in the United States.
