COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES	*Legal Contingencies* We may become a party to litigation in the normal course of business. In the opinion of management, there are no legal matters involving us that would have a material adverse effect upon our financial condition, results of operations or cash flows. In addition, from time to time, we may have to file claims against parties that infringe on our intellectual property. *Product Liability* As of December 31, 2020 and 2019, there were no claims against us for product liability. *SARS CoV-2 coronavirus* On March 11, 2020 the World Health Organization declared the SARS CoV-2 coronavirus a global pandemic and recommended containment and mitigation measures worldwide. We have been identified as an essential disinfectant and decontamination vendor by various agencies and countries. Our operations being essential have been materially affected by the coronavirus outbreak to date. As demand for our product and services increases, the uncertain nature of its spread globally may or may not impact our business operations resulting from quarantines of employees, customers and suppliers as well as potential travel restrictions in areas affected or may be affected in the future.
