18. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 18. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On October 26, 2021, we filed a Form S-3 Registration Statement which registered 1,606,888 shares of common stock issuable upon the exercise of outstanding common stock purchase warrants acquired in connection with registered direct offering on September 26, 2021 and due the placement agents.  The registration statement was declared effective by the SEC on November 8, 2021.  See note 10 (common stock) for additional details.
