LOAN FROM A RELATED PARTY	NOTE 12 — LOAN PAYABLE TO A RELATED PARTY On March 1, 2025, the Company entered into a loan agreement with a related party – ABL Shenzhen (see Note 15) for a principal amount up to $124,176, bearing interest at a fixed interest rate of 7.79% per annum, with a maturity date of March 1, 2028. The loan balance was $ 124,176 and $ 124,176 as of December 31, 2025 and June 30, 2025, respectively, and interest expense in connection with the loan for the three and six months ended December 31, 2025 were $2,418 and $4,836.
