Government Grants [Text Block]	10.        Government Grants We record revenue associated with government grants as the related costs and expenses are incurred and such revenue is reported as a separate line item in our statements of operations. Grant revenues recorded during the three months ended March 31, 2015 and 2014 relate to grants from the NIH in support of our HIV vaccine development activities. There is an aggregate of approximately $125,541 in approved grant funds remaining and available for use as of March 31, 2015, which we anticipate recognizing as revenue during the remainder of 2015.
