Government Grants [Text Block]	10.   Government Grants We record revenue associated with government grants as the related costs and expenses are incurred and such revenue is reported as a separate line item in our statements of operations. Grant revenues recorded during the three-month and nine-month periods ended September 30, 2015 and 2014 relate to grants from the NIH in support of our HIV vaccine development activities. As of September 30, 2015, there is $260,522 of approved grant funds remaining and available for use, which we anticipate recognizing as revenue during the remainder of 2015 and the first half of 2016.
