Government Grants [Text Block]	10.         Government Grants We record revenue associated with government grants as the related costs and expenses are incurred and such revenue is reported as a separate line item in our statements of operations. Grant revenues recorded during the six months ended June 30, 2016 and 2015 relate to grants from the NIH in support of our HIV vaccine development activities. As of June 30, 2016, there is an aggregate of $921,083 in approved grant funds available for use, which we anticipate recognizing as revenue during the remainder of 2016 and during the first half of 2017.
