Subsequent Events [Text Block]	12.         Subsequent Events During July and August 2016 (through August 4), holders of certain of our stock purchase warrants exercised warrants as to 5,300,000 shares, for which we received aggregate net proceeds of $344,500. In August 2016, the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) of the NIH awarded us a contract for the production of our preventive HIV vaccine for use in future clinical trials. The award includes a base contract of $199,442 for the initial twelve-month period beginning August 1, 2016 to support process development, as well as $7.6 million in additional development options that can be exercised by NIAID.
