Subsequent Events [Text Block]	11 . Subsequent Events During October 2017, we issued 8,000,000 shares of our common stock pursuant to the conversion of 120 shares of our Series C Preferred Stock. During October and November 2017 we issued 5,000,000 shares of our common stock pursuant to the exercise of stock purchase warrants for net proceeds of $75,000.
