Subsequent Events During October and November ( through November 6) 2019, holders of our preferred stock converted approximately 466 shares of our Series H Preferred Stock into 330,000,000 shares of our common stock. During October 2019, we issued 678,744 shares of our common stock in exchange for consulting services.
