Subsequent Events [Text Block]	13.            Subsequent Events During July 2020, holders of our Series J Preferred Stock converted all of the preferred stock ( 300 shares) into an aggregate of 854,458 shares of our common stock. Also during July 2020, holders of our Series H and Series I Warrants exercised a total of 1,091,128 of such warrants using the “cashless exercise” feature of the warrants, resulting in the issuance of an aggregate of 738,048 shares of our common stock.
