Commitments and Contingencies	COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES Purchase Commitments As of June 30, 2021, we had approximately $3.3 million in outstanding purchase commitments for inventory. Of this amount, approximately $2.6 million is expected to ship in the third quarter of 2021, with the balance expected to ship in the fourth quarter of 2021 and thereafter.
