COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES	COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES Purchase Commitments As of June 30, 2024, we had approximately $1.1 million in outstanding purchase commitments for inventory, $1.1 million of which is expected to ship in the third quarter of 2024 and $35 thousand of which is expected to ship in the fourth quarter of 2024. We have 32% of the outstanding purchase commitments ($353 thousand) with a related party.
