COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES	COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES Purchase Commitments As of June 30, 2025, we had approximately $0.7 million in outstanding purchase commitments for inventory. Of this amount, approximately $0.6 million of which is expected to ship in the third quarter of 2025 and $0.1 million of which is expected to ship in the fourth quarter of 2025. We have 91% of the outstanding purchase commitments with related parties.
