COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES	COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES Purchase Commitments As of September 30, 2025, we had approximately $2.0 million in outstanding purchase commitments for inventory. Of this amount, approximately $2.0 million of which is expected to ship in the fourth quarter of 2025 and $7 thousand of which is expected to ship in the first quarter of 2026. We have 9% of the outstanding purchase commitments with related parties.
