Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	Note 11 - Related Party Transactions Stephen M. Merrick, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, is of counsel to the law firm of Vanasco Genelly and Miller PC which used to provide legal services to the Company. Legal fees paid by the Company to this firm for the three months ended September 30, 2019 and 2018, respectively, were none and none. Legal fees paid by the Company to this firm for the nine months ended September 30, 2019 and 2018, respectively, were none and $88,000. On July 1, 2019, the Company deconsolidated Clever, and as result the Company has a note receivable of $1.3 million. One of owners of Clever is Mr. Schwan, the Company’s chairman.
