Asset Impairment Charges [Text Block]	Note 14 Impairment – In connection with management’s intentions to simplify our operations and organizational structure, we identified impairments of $2.9 million related to our two European sales subsidiaries and Clever Container.   In the first quarter of 2019, the Company identified an impairment indicator related to the goodwill associated with Flexo. The impairment charge was comprised of the following:  $1.25 inventory write-off, $66,000 allowance for doubtful accounts; $1.3M impairment of goodwill; and $280,000 impairment of additional long-lived assets.
