Related Party Transactions	Note 8 - Related Party Transactions John H. Schwan, who resigned as Chairman of the Board on June 1, 2020, has made loans to the Company which had an outstanding balance of $1.3 million as of December 31, 2023. $1 million of this balance was paid to Mr. Schwan during January 2024, with the remainder to be paid as agreed upon between the parties. Mr. Schwan is the father of Jana Schwan, the Company’s Chief Operating Officer.
