Lease agreement, description	The Company entered into a new lease agreement for warehouse space in Bohemia, NY. The new lease term commenced on April 1, 2020 and expires on May 31, 2025. During the first year of the lease, the monthly rent is $10,964 and increases 3% each year thereafter. The final two months are equal installments of $1,746.

This element represents the description of a lease related indemnification agreement including the nature of the indemnification, the maximum potential amount of future payments the indemnification agreement could be required to make under the agreement, the current carrying amount of the liability and the nature of any recourse provision that would enable the lessee guarantor) to recover from third parties any of the amounts paid under the agreement and any assets held either as collateral or by third parties that upon occurrence of any triggering event or condition under the indemnification agreement the guarantor can obtain and liquidate to recover all or a portion of the amounts paid under the indemnification agreement.
