STOCKHOLDERS' EQUITY	Note 8. STOCKHOLDERS’ EQUITY Common Stock – Sale of Securities In January 2020, the Company issued and sold 419,597 shares of its common stock for gross proceeds of $984,000 pursuant to a Form S-3 filed on October 10, 2019 as updated on January 15, 2020. Costs of the sale amounted to $145,000. The Company issued 41,915 and 57,433 shares of common stock in lieu of cash payments for director fees for the three months ended September 30, 2020 and 2019, respectively, and 132,812 and 205,263 for the nine months ended September 30, 2020 and 2019, respectively.

The entire disclosure for shareholders' equity comprised of portions attributable to the parent entity and noncontrolling interest, including other comprehensive income. Includes, but is not limited to, balances of common stock, preferred stock, additional paid-in capital, other capital and retained earnings, accumulated balance for each classification of other comprehensive income and amount of comprehensive income.
