SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Underwriting Agreement On April 3, 2014, the Company entered into an underwriting agreement relating to the public offering and sale of 2,857,143 shares of the Company’s common stock at a price to the public of $3.50 per share for net proceeds of approximately $9.3 million, net of underwriters’ discounts and commissions and other offering expenses.
