Subsequent Events	9. Subsequent Events On October 17 2017, 400 shares of Series A preferred stock were converted into 200,000 shares of common stock. 264 shares of Series A preferred stock remain outstanding and are convertible into 132,000 shares of common stock. On October 23 2017, 7,500 warrants connected with the July 2017 Underwritten Public Offering were exercised, resulting in cash proceeds of $15,000.
