Subsequent Events	11.          Subsequent Events Dividends on 6% Preferred Stock ​ On September 7, 2022, the board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.15 per share on the Company’s Preferred Stock. The cash dividend was paid on November 1, 2022 to the holders of record of the 6% Preferred Stock as of the close of business on October 14, 2022. ​
