Subsequent Events	12.          Subsequent Events Dividends on 6% Preferred Stock On September 6, 2023, the board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.15 per share on the Company’s 6% Preferred Stock. The cash dividend was paid on November 1, 2023 to the holders of record of the 6% Preferred Stock as of the close of business on October 20, 2023. ​
