Retirement Benefits [Text Block]	NOTE 18. EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN The Company has a 401(k) plan covering all eligible employees. The Company provides matching contributions equal to 100% of the first 3% of compensation deferred, plus 50% of the next 2% of compensation deferred. The Company contributed $96 thousand and $122 thousand to the plan in the years ended December 31, 2024 and 2023, respectively.
